California Pinot Blanc is rather all over the map stylistically. This one lands nicely in the Alsace camp, with crisp acidity, bright citrus, melon and apple, with a stoney mineral core holding it all together. Oysters, green salads, fish – this will work with all of them. I continue to be impressed with winemaker Randy Meyer and his ability to produce delicious wines at value prices.
